A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart to find your perfect fit.
Q3: How long does shipping take?
A: We rely on Printful’s fulfillment times. Typically, orders process in 2–5 business days and then ship in 3–4 business days for U.S. standard shipping. During peak seasons, processing may extend up to 10 business days combined.
Q4: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: We primarily ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to order, please email us at contact@trejaket.com or fill our contact form both go to the same inbox.
Q5: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes. Once Printful ships your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress.
Q6: How long does it take to process my order?
A: As soon as you complete payment, Printful begins processing usually within 2–5 business days. Any rush or peak-season delays may add a few days.
Q7: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Because our jackets are made to order by Printful, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, Printful may have already started production, and we won’t be able to adjust it.
Q8: Can I upload my own jacket design?
A: Absolutely. Email your high-resolution artwork to submit@trejaket.com. We’ll resize and optimize it for the best print fit, then send you a proof before printing.
Q9: Do you offer templates or only custom designs?
A: We have in-house designs you can choose from. If you’d like to personalize further, just send your concept or file we’ll handle the rest
Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support all Shopify Payments options, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
