At Trejaket, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2.2 Eligible Items

Only items with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damaged during shipping are eligible for return or replacement.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-printed jackets (as per your order) are not eligible for return unless defective.

Returns are not accepted for wrong size selection, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
3. How to Initiate a Return
3.1 Return Process

Email us at support@trejaket.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, clear photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
3.2 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective, misprinted, or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for international orders.
4. Refunds & Replacements
4.1 Refund Options

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or replaced with a new item, as per your preference.
4.2 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 9–12 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion).
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@trejaket.com with your order details and photos.
6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Final Sale: Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Damaged Returns: Trejaket is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit if the customer arranges shipping.
